Key Responsibilities- Contract Administration: Develop, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to contracts and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors, addressing any concerns or issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contractual documents, changes, and correspondence.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, approve expenditures, and manage invoicing and payment processes.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any contractual issues that may arise.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager with a strong understanding of demolition processes, construction contracts, and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field, and professional certifications (e.g., RICS) are a plus.
