About the Role:

Jenrick Engineering is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Rugby. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance tasks, responding to electrical breakdown repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and financial targets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine maintenance on electrical equipment and systems
  • Supporting and enforcing all electrical maintenance strategies and policies at the plant
  • Ensuring safe operations and maintaining environmental compliance to achieve zero accidents and incidents

Requirements:

  • Time served apprenticeship or NVQ equivalent in electrical engineering
  • National certificate in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in a heavy industrial process engineering environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Experience with electrical motors, starter panels, PLCs, variable speed drives, and process instrumentation would be beneficial

Working Hours and Salary:

This role involves working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, rotating every 3 sets, with nights turning into days. The estimated annual salary for this position is £47,103.
