Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated High Street Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of our operations in a major High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 24 hours per week.
About the Role
The successful candidate will use their skills to maintain a high standard of quality work and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
- Supervise a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported
- Be a responsible key holder
- Assist with weekly bookwork and any other duties necessary
- Produce weekly rotas following manager's guidelines
- Place orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels
- Delegate where necessary and ensure the team is proactive at all times
- Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service, a team player attitude, and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
