About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Lead - High Street Retail to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our High Street brand. Your responsibilities will include leading a team, managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to the development of new initiatives.

Salary and Benefits
As a Supervisor, you can expect a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on your experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and holiday pay, we offer opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Job Description
Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of Supervisors and Assistants to achieve high standards of quality work. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high standard of quality work, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and identifying areas for improvement. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
