About the Role

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Imaging Specialist to join our team at St Bartholomew's Hospital. As a Cath Lab Specialist + Rotational Radiographer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services for a varied caseload within the cardiac cath lab as well as CT or MRI.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload within the cardiac cath lab as well as CT or MRI.
  • Be highly proficient in the use of all equipment within scope of practice.
  • Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment and facilities.
  • Take an active part to supervise and develop junior colleagues.
  • Participate in departmental audits and Quality Assurance programme.
  • Provide support to the Clinical Lead Radiographers.
  • Ensure equipment is safe and fit for purpose and, can report faults in line with Nuffield Health policy.
  • Competency in IV cannulation is essential.
