We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Service Manager to join our Claims department at Tokio Marine Kiln. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a first-class service to all customers, through personal ownership and via the team as a whole. This will involve the management of claims issues arising from a designated book of business and the development of nominated client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a general non-marine insurance market background and extensive experience handling property binder claims in the Lloyd's market. An ACII qualification or equivalent is desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate will also have an understanding of Claims MI, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ECF, as well as experience of managing people or mentoring.

The successful candidate will be a team player who can provide support to other members of staff and take ownership of customer issues when required. They will also have the ability to foster and maintain excellent business relationships, generating credibility with key stakeholders.
