Job Description: As a full-time plumbing expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards and that our customers receive an outstanding level of service. This includes attending responsive repairs, diagnosing faults and undertaking remedial actions, as well as providing support and cover to other engineers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that all work is carried out to the required standards and within the allotted timeframe
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our services and procedures
  3. Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

What You'll Need:

  • NVQ level 2 or 3, City & Guilds Plumbing (will accept Diploma 2)
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Experience of driving a van
  • Sound knowledge of safe electrical isolation projects
  • Experience of multi-skilled tasks including plumbing repairs
