We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking to recruit a Multi Tradesperson in Wolverhampton.

Successful applicants must have:

- Time served apprenticeship in a relevant trade
- City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in joinery or similar discipline
- Current full UK driving licence
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Good awareness and understanding of personal health and safety, method statements and risk assessments
- Joinery
- Tiling
- Minor plumbing
- Minor plastering
- Interpersonal skills
- Time Management
- Ability to use PDA device

Duties of the role include:

- Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and additional company property.
- Health and Safety of self and others in the workplace in accordance with company policy.
- Delivery of works allocated to quality required within set timescales.
- Compliance with instructions and directives from line management and the Central Co-ordination Team
- To comply with relevant company Health & Safety Policy, instructions and directives.
- To deliver fabric repairs in both occupied and void properties.
- To undertake out of hours callout duties as per rota requirements.

This role is a temporary position contracted for three months, working full time Monday-Friday 7.5hrs a day, paying £10.00ph.
