**Job Description**

We are currently looking for Carers at Glebe House in Almondsbury. As a Carer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal care to our residents, ensuring that every individual within the home has a personalized and meaningful experience of life. You will participate in nursing procedures to assist our nursing staff, maintain the dignity and privacy of residents, and respect their individual needs.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

* Delivering high-quality personal care to residents

* Participating in nursing procedures to assist nursing staff
* Maintaining the dignity and privacy of residents
* Assisting with serving meals and drinks
* Assisting with other tasks as requested to ensure the smooth running of the home

**Requirements**

* We are looking for experienced Care Assistants as well as motivated and enthusiastic individuals looking to start a career in care
* We offer NVQ Health and Social Care level 2 training for other care staff

**What We Offer**

As an employee (21 years +) new to care, working alternate weekends, you can expect a starting rate of £12.10 per hour. You will also receive 10% additional pay at weekends and 50% extra pay on Bank holidays. Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
