Sweco is seeking an experienced Environmental Assessment Manager to join our Environmental & Sustainability team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading our growth in environmental assessment services, working closely with clients to deliver complex projects across various sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and development.

About the Role

This role involves leading EIA and SEA processes, managing risks, providing design input, coordinating interdisciplinary teams, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable practices.

Your Background and Skills
  • You have significant project experience (>15 years), assisting, coordinating, and leading EIAs and/or SEAs.
  • You hold a degree in Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • You have a strong understanding of UK environmental legislation and EIA processes.
  • You're able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and budgets.
  • You possess excellent client relationship management and work-winning experience.
