This role involves working with our children and young people, aged 8-18, who have experienced trauma, neglect, and crisis. You will be responsible for creating positive relationships, using your skills and experience to assist with their care, and maintaining accurate records.

We require the successful candidate to have at least 12 months experience in a children's residential setting, with a strong understanding of safeguarding principles. An NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or equivalent in Children & Young People is also essential.
