Product Development Lead

Saffron Building Society is seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead the development of new products and services that meet the complex needs of our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for new product development, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
You will own and develop the product roadmap, ensuring that new products are launched on time and within budget. This includes working with stakeholders to assess risk, design solutions, and deliver them to market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the mortgage market and lending practice
- Identifying and prioritizing new product solutions that meet customer needs
- Project managing all new product launches and lending policy/criteria enhancements
- Liaising with Marketing and Business Development colleagues to ensure appropriate launch and promotion of products
- Understanding Saffron's technology and associated processes to trade and service products successfully
