About the Role:
La Fosse Associates Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Costing QA Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of pricing work, maintaining target profit margins, and adhering to company guidelines for all pricing and menu details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing Management: Develop and validate pricing worksheets and master price lists (MPL), ensuring alignment with customer models and accuracy.
- Profit Monitoring: Track gross profit margins, analyze variances, and provide recommendations.
- Team Leadership: Oversee Analysts, set objectives, manage performance, and support recruitment and training.
- Sales & Finance Support: Assist with tenders, menu presentations, and ensure accurate billing and data management.
- Reporting: Generate reports for senior management and ensure timely completion of all pricing tasks.
Key Qualifications:
- Skills: Advanced Excel, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience: Knowledge of food production methods, pricing policies, and financial awareness.
Performance Indicators:
- Accuracy & Timeliness: Ensure precise and timely pricing work.
- Profit Management: Maintain target profit margins.
- Compliance: Adhere to company guidelines for all pricing and menu details.
Reporting Structure:
- Reports to: Head of Commercial Operations
- Direct Reports: 4-5 Analysts/Lead Analysts
This role demands strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to manage complex pricing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
