About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Plot Sales team at Slater Heelis, a leading full-service law firm based in Manchester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sales of new homes and the legal aspects of contracts, title, exchange, completions, and enquiries, including part exchanges and resale of properties purchased in part exchange.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards in the processing of client work, adhering to professional standards and client care.
  • Contribute to the department's financial objectives by following the firm's procedures relating to billing.
  • Promote the image and ethos of the firm through active participation in marketing activities.
  • Develop good professional working relationships with external institutions and organisations.
  • Ensure effective communication with other personnel of the firm.
