Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Labman Automation Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing bespoke automated systems for our clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop electro-mechanical design plans by researching, analysing, selecting, and applying electro-mechanical engineering concepts, approaches, techniques, and criteria.
  • Collaborate with related design teams to evaluate components, materials, and suppliers, and identify and resolve design integration/interface issues.
  • Organise design projects by identifying short-term and long-range issues, preparing timetables, cost estimates, and required resources.
  • Verify and validate electro-mechanical design performance by establishing reliability, maintainability, and durability test standards, building and testing simulations and prototypes, and conducting compatibility evaluations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to produce 3D models and engineering drawings using Solidworks (or similar).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing techniques such as machining, finishing, fabrication.
  • Basic electronic/electrical knowledge.
  • General Maths skills.
  • Innovative and problem-solving approach.
  • Attention to detail.
