About the Role

Cavendish Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Safety Management Professional to develop and implement comprehensive health and safety programs across various projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactive risk management, building a safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with departments to achieve smooth implementation of safety measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactive Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and implement control measures to ensure a safe working environment.
  2. Building a Safety Culture: Champion a culture of safety awareness by providing training sessions, conducting toolbox talks, and promoting safe work practices throughout the organization.
  3. Ensuring Compliance: Stay up to date on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and ensure all our operations comply with relevant CDM regulations and best practices.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth implementation of safety measures and address any concerns promptly.
