About the Role

We're seeking a talented Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Vauxhall branch in Ayr. As a Product Genius, you'll be our in-branch expert, dedicated to learning about our products and developing your communication skills to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and expertise
