About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive at our Vauxhall branch in Ayr. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find the perfect vehicle, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the showroom and cars for the day ahead, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for customers.
  • Assist with showroom presentation and advertising, highlighting the features and benefits of our vehicles.
  • Support the Sales department in delivering excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Organize and accompany customers on test drives, providing expert knowledge and guidance to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with our vehicles and manufacturers, developing a deep understanding of their features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Enhance the customer journey from initial contact to delivery, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers.
Essential Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • A full UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
