About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Emponics, a leading provider of property services in the UK. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the financial and technical aspects of our contracts, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our clients while minimizing costs and maximizing value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial and technical aspects of contracts, including procurement, invoicing, payments, cash flow, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, trade teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Produce monthly contract valuations and ensure that actual deliverables are in line with projected budgets.
  • Work closely with direct labour and subcontractors to ensure that labour targets are met and profit performance is achieved.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar commercial or quantity surveying role, with a strong background in planned refurbishment environments.
  • Ability to minimize costs and maximize value, profit, and cash flow.
  • Strong IT and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience of working with direct labour and subcontract procurement.
