Emponics is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its established Capital business in Birmingham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the financial and technical aspects of contracts, including procurement, invoicing, payments, cash flow, and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar commercial or quantity surveying role, with strong IT and Microsoft Excel skills. You will be analytical, organized, and honest, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, trade teams, and colleagues.
