Job Opportunity: Specialist Physiotherapist for Early Supported Discharge

Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum.

The East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Specialist Physiotherapist to join our Early Supported Discharge team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert physiotherapy care to patients with complex neurological conditions.

Our Team:

  • We have a multidisciplinary team consisting of physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and associate practitioners.
  • We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • To conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
  • To deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions, including exercise programs and equipment prescription.
  • To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient goals.

Requirements:

  • Registered physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
  • Experience in neurological rehabilitation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
