About the Position

This role involves working 1:1 with children who require additional support in mainstream classrooms, working closely with the class teacher and other staff members to develop strategies that help pupils reach their individual potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting pupils' academic work and managing their behaviour
  • Developing strategies to help pupils with SEN reach their full potential
  • Working collaboratively with the class teacher and other staff members

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with SEN. Please note that all applicants must undergo an enhanced DBS check and overseas police check (if applicable).
