Residential Dining Specialist

Davlyn House Care is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cook to join our residential dining team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and nutritious meals for our residents.
About the Opportunity:
This is a part-time position that requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. You will be working collaboratively with other kitchen staff to manage a busy service schedule and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards.
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
- Help train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Flexibility to work 15-25 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour, with opportunities for additional benefits and career growth.
