About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of External Reporting to join our Ki Finance Team as we continue to revolutionize the insurance industry.

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for articulating our financial performance to key stakeholders, driving business insight, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the preparation and submission of all reporting to external parties
  • Ensure compliance with Brit Group and Fairfax Group accounting and reporting policies
  • Develop and maintain general ledger systems, including Dynamics GP
  • Provide Management Information and support the IFRS 17 regime
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An excellent understanding of Lloyd's Reporting and UK GAAP, IFRS 4
  • Experience preparing financial statements and general ledger systems
  • A sound understanding of current insurance industry standards and external statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with senior executives and management
