About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Ivydene Residential and Nursing Home. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, leading a team of care professionals with passion and commitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in leading the care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents
  • Form strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families to ensure a positive and supportive environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and policies
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a residential care setting, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
