About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collections and House Officer to join our team at Hatchlands Park. As a key member of our Collections and House Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and presentation of our collection.

Key Responsibilities

As a Collections and House Officer, you will be responsible for opening the house daily, ensuring there are sufficient staff in place to provide a consistently excellent visitor experience. You will work collaboratively with our Senior Collections and House Officer to implement routine conservation, preventive conservation, and deep cleaning programs.

You will collect and record information gathered during cleaning and housekeeping to improve our knowledge and understanding of the house and its contents. Your expertise will help ensure excellent standards of care throughout the house.
