Job Title: Senior Planner

Mivan Ltd is a leading specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor with a reputation for excellence and innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our Planning team in either Northern Ireland or London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective planning and programming of interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. Key duties will include:

  • Collaborating with the Estimating team to prepare tender programs and method statements.
  • Developing comprehensive planning information for new project start-ups, working closely with the project team.
  • Updating project programmes and plans with site feedback, providing regular evaluation and commentary of progress to the Project Management Team and Senior Management Team.
  • Advising the project team on critical changes to priorities and threats, and implementing strategies to maintain targets.
  • Controlling and recording programme revisions.

Applicants should possess a third-level construction-related qualification and have previous programming experience on new build and/or interior fit-out type projects. Excellent people management, communication, and analytical skills are required, as well as proficiency in ASTA or MS Project and MS Excel.
