Senior Project Manager

Mivan Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Marine team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the necessary resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring the necessary resources are organized to meet the plan.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within the allocated budget.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the client's specifications, adhering to contractual conditions.
- Effectively manage project resources, including staff, labour, plant, materials, and sub-contractors.
- Liaise with clients and their agents to advise on progress and problem resolution.
- Monitor the financial performance of the project, taking necessary steps to minimize costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, promoting successful customer relationships.
- Ensure a high standard of safety is maintained throughout the project, adhering to relevant environmental and health & safety regulations and procedures.
- Project management experience in interior fit-out, with relevant qualification.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure, find resolutions, and solve problems.
- Great attention to detail, commercial acumen, and cost control.
- Ability to build and promote successful customer relationships.
