About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our team at Blue Legal. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and business development, with experience in planning, implementing, and assessing strategic initiatives. They will work closely with leadership to advise on business area strategies and ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  2. Lead the development and implementation of strategic business development and marketing initiatives to drive growth\
  3. Collaborate with leadership to plan and assess strategic initiatives\
  4. Provide advice on business area strategies and ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives\
  5. Leverage existing assets to enhance business development efforts\
  6. Demonstrate proven experience in building relationships with senior stakeholders\
  7. Support commercial positioning through external brand strengthening\
  8. Continued development of credentials library working alongside bids team\
  9. Maintain focus on value-added marketing initiatives to support business growth\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Valid work experience in Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency\
  • Payscale: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience\
  • Bonus scheme available based on individual performance\
