As a key member of our overnight team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our overnight guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure that all hotel facilities and equipment are in good working order.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are tidy and well-maintained.
- Assist with the preparation and serving of breakfast, ensuring that all guests receive a high-quality dining experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our hotel operations.
