Site Manager Required for Roofing and Cladding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at a growing roofing and cladding specialist in Nottinghamshire. The company works on a range of new build, refurbishment, and maintenance projects, typically valued between £5,000 and £1 million.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple contracts from start to finish, with site locations mainly in the Midlands and Northern parts of the country.
  • Manage labour, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements and general day-to-day site operations.
  • Organise and prioritise workload, liaising with main contractors, clients, and suppliers as necessary.
  • Certify works at regular intervals and complete records and admin tasks.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and clients' contractual requirements are fulfilled.
Requirements:
  • Experience within the roofing/cladding sector.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
  • Knowledge of cladding and roofing systems.
  • Strong communicator and ability to work independently.
  • CSCS card, IPAF Cert, and SMSTS.
