Shift Maintenance Engineer

Our factory in Leominster is home to the Tyrrells crisps brand, which has been a favourite among consumers for many years. As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued success of our operations.
Job Description
You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all equipment and machinery, as well as performing routine checks to prevent downtime. Your strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving any technical issues that may arise.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme and life assurance.

- Maintain and repair all equipment and machinery
- Perform routine checks to prevent downtime
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any technical issues
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Working Environment
You will be required to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, as part of our 12-hour shift pattern. You must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
