About the Role

This role is responsible for investigating and resolving cases of suspected consumer fraud. The ideal candidate will have experience in fraud detection and prevention, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Review alerts generated by our detection system to identify potential cases of consumer fraud.
  • Investigate these cases thoroughly, gathering relevant information and evidence to support or refute the allegations.
  • Determine the appropriate course of action to resolve each case, which may involve working with customers, merchants, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent future instances of consumer fraud.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in fraud detection or investigations, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
