Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized Accounts and Administration Specialist to manage our accounts department in Farnham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming inquiries and respond to client and stakeholder queries.
  • Process invoices from suppliers, chase outstanding payments, and reconcile statements against the profit and loss account.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for account-related matters.
  • Input data into our system after scanning invoices.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
