Role Overview
The Development, Alumni & Campaigns Office at the UNIVERSITY OF EAST ANGLIA are seeking a highly skilled Development Manager to join our fundraising team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate, solicit and manage a portfolio of major donor prospects to secure significant donations towards our themes of Climate, Health, Creative and Campus.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with the fundraising team to achieve ambitious fundraising targets and support the university’s strategic objectives.
Requirements:
• Degree-educated or with equivalent qualifications/experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and colleagues.
• Demonstrable experience of a high level of achievement in fundraising or relationship management.
