Job Title: Senior Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join our client's team. As a Senior Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the lawyers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial advice and guidance to new clients via phone or email.
  • Act as a point of contact for both clients and team liaison.
  • Handle file opening and closure, including associated due diligence such as AML compliance.
  • Support the credit control process by creating bills and paying invoices.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as creating digital and offline bundles, typing from dictation, and collating medical records.

Requirements:

A Legal Assistant (or similarly experienced legal support professional) preferably with experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
