Job Title: Finance Business Partner Investments

Walker Dendle Financial Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our client's team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to the Technology and Transformation cost centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Timely tracking and analysis of actual spend to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  2. Preparation of monthly management reporting information, ensuring reconciliation with underlying data.
  3. Identification and tracking of financial risks and opportunities, with a focus on transactional and vendor-level analysis.
  4. Collaboration with leads to ensure financial risks and opportunities are reflected in forecasts and updates to senior stakeholders.
  5. Preparation of the annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts in conjunction with the FP&A team and Technology area Heads of Department.
  6. Management of Purchase Orders for Technology and Transformation, including coding and liaison with stakeholders.
  7. First point of contact for finance queries related to Technology and Transformation.
  8. Creation and management of recharge schedules, ensuring timely recharges to Business Units.

Requirements:

  1. Part-qualified ACA/ACCA/IMA or equivalent.
  2. Experience in supporting significant IT change programmes or capex spend.
  3. Business partnering experience across multiple functions and divisions.
  4. Proficiency in Oracle or similar systems with integrated modules.
  5. Excellent Excel skills and ability to produce accurate models.
  6. Attention to detail and ability to perform in-depth analysis.
