We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our team at a progressive subcontract CNC Engineering company. As a CNC Turner Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and setting CNC Lathes to produce high-quality precision parts.
Key Responsibilities- Program and set CNC Lathes to produce precision parts according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Work with Fanuc and Mazatrol controls, with training provided on multi-Axis Mazak machines as needed.
- Monitor Turning cell operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and operating procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and other departments to address technical issues and improve processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including production records, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency within the Turning cell.
