Job Description

We are seeking a skilled NMC Engineer to manage our strategic network and ensure seamless service handovers. This role plays a crucial part in delivering top-notch service within SLA timescales and thrives in a 24/7 shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure 99% network availability and manage customer incidents and faults within agreed SLAs.
  • Undertake or support rapid restoration of network fault resolution within SLA.
  • Agree deadlines with the customer for remote site fault fixes.
  • Evaluate and implement strategies to minimize service penalties.
Requirements:
  • Minimum CCNA certification.
  • Familiarity with high voltage substation environment (33kv-400kvor National Grid Services / Network).
  • Self-motivating individual with strong customer relationships and team collaboration skills.
  • Competency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project) and recognised technical courses on related products and services.
