As a German speaking contact centre representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking customers, ensuring that their holiday experience is seamless and enjoyable.
You will be the voice of Holiday Extras, communicating with customers over the phone, and using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and resolve any issues that may arise.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in German and English, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our German-speaking customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
