About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic GP to join our successful patient-focused team for 4-6 sessions per week.
Oaklands Health Centre is a friendly, dynamic, well-established GMS practice that provides primary health care to 12,000 patients.
The successful candidate will work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract.
Main Responsibilities
The post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
About Us
We are the lead practice for our Primary Care Network serving a population of approximately 48,000 people, enabling our patients access to Pharmacists, Social Prescriber, First Contact Physiotherapists, Mental Health Practitioner and an Occupational Therapist.
We actively embrace new technology and efficient ways of working to ensure the highest level of care for our patients by offering multi-modal consultation such as video consultation, online consultation and online appointment booking.
