We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Officer to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd, a leading provider of quality management services to the chemical manufacturing industry.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and continually developing our company's Quality Management Systems to meet operational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and support of company Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist the Quality Manager in all aspects of Quality Assurance, including coordination and support of CAPA meetings and investigations
  • Lead and/or contribute to complaints/deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and report writing
  • Support Quality Management System projects by participating with cross-functional teams to progress and implement new systems and processes
  • Maintenance of the QMS audit process and completion of internal QMS audits across the site
  • Development of policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Management of Supplier Appraisal Systems across the supply chain and effective resolution of non-conformities
  • Management of the company's Kosher accreditation
  • Administration of electronic document control system data handling
  • Providing training on company processes and procedures to all employees
  • Audit guide for on-site 3rd party audits

Requirements

  • Educated to minimum 'A' level standard or equivalent in a technical subject
  • Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience working in a chemical industry environment
  • Knowledge and practical application of QMS systems, such as ISO 9001
  • Knowledge and experience of conducting investigations, root cause analysis, and report writing
  • Experience working within ISO 9001 administration, with some part in a technical environment
  • Ability to use various computerized systems with confidence, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Document Management Systems
  • Experience of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
  • Experience of computer-based systems, such as Q-Pulse and SAGE X3
