Stafforce Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Officer to join our client's team in Birmingham. As a key member of the quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System and providing technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and report on compliance with the Quality Management System.
- Manage the Quality Management System, including deviations, CAPA, change control, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical support to customers and assist with complaint investigations.
- Investigate product complaints and generate investigation reports.
- Act as a key person for pharmacovigilance queries in the absence of the Quality Manager.
- Assist with internal quality audits and coordinate team performance.
- Deputize for the Quality Manager as required.
- Lead the review and approval of SOPs, instructions, forms, batch production records, and testing data.
- Coach and mentor team members on quality assurance and business requirements.
- Proven experience in a quality-driven role in pharmaceuticals with a good understanding of UK regulatory markets.
- GMP (including MHRA inspections) and GACP experience.
- Degree (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline.
- Good understanding of good agriculture and collection practices.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to improve QMS performance.
