About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Adult Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our community care services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver personalized care plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Effectively manage multidisciplinary teams through strong communication and teamwork
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medication management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
Requirements
  • RGN with an active NMC PIN
  • Supportive management style with the ability to bring out the best in others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to liaise effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
  • Full UK driving license desirable but not essential
