About the Role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Town Planner to join our planning consultancy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert planning advice and guidance to clients across various sectors.

Your main responsibilities will include preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals; promoting land through development plan processes; and consulting with local authorities, landowners, stakeholders, and developers.

You will work closely with our clients, teams, and community members to deliver high-quality projects that meet their needs and exceed expectations.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong understanding of the UK planning system. An RTPI-accredited degree or similar relevant degree is essential, along with chartered membership of the RTPI or working towards it.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of around £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced planner to join our dynamic team.
