This cutting-edge business has developed an AI-powered platform that complements existing training programs, ensuring sustained learning and long-term retention. The company has already partnered with industry leaders like Volvo, Microsoft, and Fidelity.

We are expanding our sales team in Nottingham and seeking talented individuals to join us as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling product demos and meetings for the business development team.

Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Booking product demos and meetings for the business development team
Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary for this role is £27,500 with uncapped commission opportunities.

Opportunities for career progression are available, with the possibility of promotion to Senior SDR within 6 months and further advancement after another 6 months of meeting targets.

Additional benefits include regular early finish Fridays, complimentary beer and prosecco taps, a barista on site providing free coffee, and a dog-friendly office environment.

Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience is not essential but advantageous; previous experience in phone-based customer service or call center roles is preferred
  • Intelligence, articulation, and credibility on the phone are crucial for success in this B2B role
