Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic consultancy in Shoreditch, London as an Office Support Administrator. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months' office experience and preferably some background in finance/accounts/administration.

The role involves general support to an office of around 20 people, including:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, taking calls, setting up meeting rooms
  • Providing PA and administrative support to the team
  • Managing post, couriers, deliveries and orders
  • Assisting with the setup of office/team/client events

In addition, the successful candidate will provide finance/accounts support, including:

  • Finance administration
  • Processing invoices for approval/payment
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients
  • Updating finance trackers
  • Filing and updating company shared drives

The salary for this role is £26,000-£28,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits, including private healthcare, pension scheme, discretionary bonus (10%), 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and a paid day off for your birthday. You will also be entitled to work from home one day a week.
