About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic leader who can inspire and motivate our team to provide outstanding care and support. As the Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our children's home, ensuring that our young people receive the best possible care and support. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child, and ensure that our home is a safe and supportive environment where our young people can thrive.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child
  • Ensure that our home is a safe and supportive environment where our young people can thrive
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement policies and procedures that meet the needs of our young people
  • Ensure that our home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards
