Culinary Excellence at Turtle Bay

At Turtle Bay, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive culinary excellence. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recipes that showcase our Caribbean cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative recipes that highlight the unique flavors and ingredients of the Caribbean
  • Mentor and train junior chefs to achieve their full potential and maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to maintain efficiency and ensure seamless service delivery

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including life insurance, enhanced maternity pay, and access to our Help @ Hand App for remote GP services and mental health support.
