About the Role

Undisclosed is seeking to appoint an intermediate-level Building Surveyor to join their London office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of core building surveying functions, including defects diagnosis, planned maintenance programming, and reinstatement cost assessments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conducting thorough site inspections and providing expert advice on defects and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinating planned maintenance programmes and ensuring that all works are completed on time and within budget.
- Providing reinstatement cost assessments for clients and negotiating fair compensation for any damage or losses.

Requirements

- A Building Surveying (MRICS-accredited) degree and relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of other contracts such as NEC and experience in a range of procurement routes and forms of contract.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead project teams effectively.
